Happy fab as January is gone now, Yay Smoothie! Oh let me come down now Lol. Yep! I know many have been detoxing the festive junk food out of their body, and I’m one of those as well.
I have been drinking this smoothie for the past few weeks and i love how it taste and so easy to make. That’s the reason I’m sharing this simple strawberry and banana smoothie.

Please note that this measurements serves only one person, for more you can add extra measurements and enjoy with your lovelies this smoothie.
-1 ripe banana( sliced about 1/2 cup)
-10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries( you can also use the fresh ones)
-1/2 cup milk
Place the strawberries, bananas and milk in the blender. Puree until it’s smooth and creamy.
Then serve and enjoy!
